Corrections
Nobody gets everything right every time. Crypto moves fast, platforms change their terms without announcement, and occasionally something slips through our process that should not have. When that happens, we fix it — and we do not pretend the error never existed.
This page explains how we handle corrections, how to report one, and what to expect when you do.
01 Our Commitment
We are committed to accuracy and we take corrections seriously. When an error is confirmed, we fix it promptly, mark it clearly, and note what changed. We do not quietly edit pages without acknowledgment and we do not delete content to cover past mistakes.
Correcting an error is not embarrassing — it is how a credible publication is supposed to work. We would rather have a correction notice on a page than have wrong information sitting there unchallenged.
02 How to Report an Error
If you have found something on Crypto Dude that is factually wrong, outdated, or misleading, let us know. Email cryptodudeoffcial@gmail.com with the subject line "Correction Request" and include:
- The URL of the page with the error
- A description of what is incorrect
- What you believe the correct information is
- A source if you have one — a link to the platform's official page works best
You do not need to give your name unless you want a reply. Anonymous correction reports are treated with the same seriousness as named ones.
03 How We Handle Corrections
04 Types of Corrections We Accept
05 No Liability for Past Errors
Correcting an error does not create any liability for past publication of that error. We fix mistakes in good faith and as promptly as possible, but past errors do not entitle any person or platform to compensation or any other remedy. See our Disclaimer for the full scope of our content limitations.
06 Platform Representatives
If you represent a platform listed on Crypto Dude and want to report an error in your listing, use the same process — email cryptodudeoffcial@gmail.com with the page URL and a clear description of what is wrong, supported by a link to your official published information. Requests with evidence are resolved faster.
