01 Our Copyright
All original content published on Crypto Dude — including editorial articles, platform reviews, category descriptions, written analysis, and site design — is the intellectual property of Crypto Dude and is protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is prohibited. 02 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice Against Us
If you believe content published on Crypto Dude infringes your copyright, you can file a DMCA takedown notice with us. To be valid, your written notice must include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information — email address and mailing address
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The specific URL on Crypto Dude where the allegedly infringing content appears
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Response time: We acknowledge valid DMCA notices within 48 to 72 hours. If the claim is substantiated, we will remove or disable access to the content promptly and notify the relevant party.
03 What Happens After We Receive a Notice
- We review the notice to confirm it meets all requirements above
- If valid, we remove or disable the content and notify the person who submitted it
- That person has the right to file a counter-notice if they believe the content was wrongly removed
- If no counter-notice is filed within the required timeframe, the content stays removed
- If a valid counter-notice is filed, we may restore the content after the required waiting period unless you pursue legal action
04 Filing a Counter-Notice
If content you submitted to Crypto Dude was removed following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was incorrect, you may file a counter-notice. It must include:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of UAE courts for any disputes related to the counter-notice
- Your physical or electronic signature

05 Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a repeat infringer policy. If any individual or entity is found to have repeatedly submitted infringing content, we will permanently block their access to any submission or interaction features on this website.
06 False DMCA Claims
Filing a false or fraudulent DMCA notice is a serious matter. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages including legal costs. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against bad-faith claims.
07 Protecting Our Content
We monitor for unauthorized copies of our content using automated tools and manual review. When we find our content reproduced without permission, we issue DMCA notices to the hosting provider, the website operator, and to Google to request removal from search results.
